Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on beauty and personal care products once an order has been shipped.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed automatically and cannot be modified.
Non-Delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need help, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
Fraud & Abuse
